GED AND LITERACY

XBS050/XBS051 GED PREPARATION ������������������������������������������������������������������������������� Tuition $76.00

Suffolk County Community College now offers a 30-hour literacy (GED) and college preparation course (XBS050/XBS051) on all campuses. Students must pay a $76.00 tuition charge to participate. This fee entitles the student to 30 hours of instruction. XBS050/XBS051 must be taken on the same days and times on the same campus. Students must register and pay tuition for XBS050/XBS051 each semester they wish to prepare for the GED. Open enrollment begins on May 1, 2011. All students must be 18 years of age or older to register for these classes. For additional information, call 631-451-4926.

This course will introduce trades people to the fundamentals of understanding the information provided on construction drawings.
